She studied dance (classical, modern, jazz, hip hop and acrobatics) at the “Santinelli” dance school in Rome.While still a child, she was chosen as the interpreter of Cristina Comencini’s film, Go where your heart takes you (1996). She then took part in the films: On a sailing boat against the hand of Stefano Reali, The Ballad of the window cleaner, directed by Peter Del Monte, (55th Venice Film Festival), A respectable man, directed by Maurizio Zaccaro (56th Film Festival of Venice) Saimir, of 2005, by Francesco Munzi, where she was the protagonist in the role of Michela, The film participated in the 61st Venice Film Festival, and received the Special Mention as best first film. She also participated in the 55th Berlin Film Festival in the kinderfilmfest crystal bear section. She won the “Nastro d’Argento” 2006 for directing and many other awards.
In 2004 she attended an acting course at the Blue Theater of Beatrice Bracco. In 2005 she attended an acting course directed by Michael Margotta. And in 2006 she was nominated for the Anna Magnani prize at the Taormina Film Fest 2006 for her participation in Saimir.
In 2006 she starred in the short film The Nymphet and The Butler, directed by Luca Verdone and in the film Deadly Kitesurf by Antonio De Leo, entirely shot in Kenya.
She also starred in various TV fiction, including: the first two seasons of the TV series Distretto di Polizia, the sitcom of Italia 1, Via Zanardi 33 (2001), directed by Antonello De Leo, the TV miniseries Ultima pallottola (2003 ), directed by Michele Soavi, and Try again prof! (2005), directed by Rossella Izzo, and the TV series Don Matteo 5 and Nati yesterday, both of 2006. In 2008 she starred in the soap opera Un posto al sole, in the role of Geneva.
