Priya Kumar
Priya Kumar ( 4 March 1974) is an Indian persuasive orator and essayist. She is a writer of 12 books including books and self improvement guides. Her works chiefly manage uplifting and profound subjects. Her book License to Live (2010) was assigned for Vodafone Crossword Book Award in 2010. In 2019, her original I Will Go with You (2015) was adjusted into web TV series The Final Call, featuring Arjun Rampal, Sakshi Tanwar, Javed Jaffrey.
Early life
Priya Kumar was brought into the world on 4 March 1974 in Chandigarh, India. She took her tutoring at St. Kabir Public School, Chandigarh. She moved on from the University of Bombay in financial matters, and acquired graduate degree in psychotherapy and counter selling. She later done her post-graduation in advertising and deals from NMIMS college. She began her vocation as an inspirational orator at 22 years old.
Works
Priya is a writer of 12 books. Her works basically manages uplifting and otherworldly topics. In 2010, she distributed her most memorable book License to Live, a self improvement guide with profound subject, which she named as ‘motivation thrill ride’ and ‘otherworldly fiction’. It won the Eric Hoffer Award in 2012. It is an assortment of fictionalized tales with first individual portrayal. Her next book I Am Another You: A Journey To Powerful Breakthroughs was distributed around the same time and became blockbuster. It manages the topics like self-acknowledgment and shamanism. It portrays Priya’s encounters with shamans clan, an old traibal bunch in Netherlands. I’m Another You was shortlisted for the Eric Hoffer Grand Prize Award. One year from now she distributed her clever The Perfect World.
In 2014, she composed history of Om Prakash Munjal, an Indian finance manager and organizer behind Hero Cycles, under the title The Inspiring Journey of a Hero. Written in the style of self improvement guide, it portrays Munjal’s life process with persuasive methodology. The book covers Munjal’s significant parts of life including his initial life, parcel, and taking care of his bike organization. It was distributed by Penguin Books in 2014. Scholars Alice McDermott in Sunday Tribune and P. P. Ramachandran in The Free Press Journal surveyed the life story and applauded for its motivation depictions of Munjal. It was converted into Hindi under the title Ek Super Hero Ki Shandaar Kahani (2015).
She is also featured in the list of top 10 Indian Motivational Speakers.
